Lost Packages
I provide tracking numbers for all packages that I ship. However, I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages.
Will your earrings irritate my ears?
All of my product listings state what type of ear wires or posts have been used in that particular design. I primarily use niobium, titanium, sterling silver and gold-filled. Niobium and titanium are well known in the jewelry industry as the most hypo-allergenic metals for ear wires. They are a safe choice for even the most sensitive ears.
My gold-filled ear wires have a bronze core clad with a thick tube of 14k gold. Gold-filled ear wires have a much thicker coating of gold than gold plating, and the gold will not wear off with regular use like plating can. Sterling silver is a commonly used jewelry metal and does not cause allergic reactions in most people.
Where can I see your work in person?
In addition to my online store, my work is available at several fine galleries in Colorado, including Lincoln Gallery in Loveland, 3 Square Art in Fort Collins, The Old Gallery in Allenspark, Firehouse Art Center in Longmont, OpenStudios Gallery Boulder Junction in Boulder, and at many wonderful art fairs along Colorado's Front Range.

What is polymer clay?
Most of my jewelry is made using various mixed media in conjunction with polymer clay. Polymer clay is a form of non-toxic vinyl with plasticizers added to make it flexible. Once it is cured it is strong and durable and resists cracking and shattering. You should still take reasonable care with it as you would with any quality jewelry.
