Your art jewelry purchase was meticulously hand made and should be treated with care. Clean polymer only with a dry or damp cloth - do not submerge in water or use any chemicals. Do not bend, drop or scratch your jewelry. Do not expose your jewelry to perfume, hairspray or other cosmetic products. Do not wear when showering or swimming. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place. Metal chains and other metal components can be polished with a soft anti-tarnish cloth.
Your order will arrive in a beautiful gift bag so it is ready to give as soon as you receive it.
If you are having a gift shipped directly to the recipient I am happy to include a personalized gift message from you. Please type the message into the Order Note section of the shopping cart page, or email it to email@example.com immediately after placing your order.
When will I receive my order?
I strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. If I am traveling and unable to ship in a timely manner I will state so clearly on my website. Orders over $100 ship for free in the U.S.
I am committed to providing quality jewelry and want you to be happy with your purchase.
I will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless there is a quality issue). Once I receive the item I will issue a full refund, minus shipping.
If there is a quality issue with your purchase please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can resolve it for you right away.
I provide tracking numbers for all packages that I ship. However, I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages.
Will your earrings irritate my ears?
All of my product listings state what type of ear wires or posts have been used in that particular design. I primarily use niobium, titanium, sterling silver and gold-filled. Niobium and titanium are well known in the jewelry industry as the most hypo-allergenic metals for ear wires. They are a safe choice for even the most sensitive ears.
My gold-filled ear wires have a bronze core clad with a thick tube of 14k gold. Gold-filled ear wires have a much thicker coating of gold than gold plating, and the gold will not wear off with regular use like plating can. Sterling silver is a commonly used jewelry metal and does not cause allergic reactions in most people.
Where can I see your work in person?
In addition to my online store, my work is available at Lincoln Gallery in Loveland, CO, R Gallery in Boulder, CO, Firehouse Art Center in Longmont, CO, OpenStudios Pop! in Boulder, CO and at many wonderful art fairs along Colorado's Front Range.
I would love to see your jewelry photos! Please tag @dianekremerjewelry on Instagram or FaceBook or email your photos directly to me at email@example.com and I will proudly post them.
What is polymer clay?
Most of my jewelry is made using various mixed media in conjunction with polymer clay. Polymer clay is a form of non-toxic vinyl with plasticizers added to make it flexible. Once it is cured it is strong and durable and resists cracking and shattering. You should still take reasonable care with it as you would with any quality jewelry.
